Church Whose Collapsed Building Killed Over 100 Persons Challenges Indictment And Possible Prosecution

The Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, overseen by pastor TB Joshua (pictured), will be in court from Monday next week to challenge its indictment by the Lagos state coroner's office. It will be recalled that a guest house under construction collapsed and killed over 100 persons most of whom were foreigners from other African countries who are seeking miracles from Mr Joshua. The church's official position was that a mysterious aircraft had caused the collapse, and I had written about the delay in prosecuting TB Joshua for mass murder nearly a year after the incident.
The Lagos state coroner has finally indicted SCOAN, but they are going to court to challenge this indictment, and one of their key points will no doubt be the 'UFO' which caused the illegal and poorly constructed building to collapse and kill innocent but gullible miracle seekers. I will continue to watch this one closely.
